Fund’s bodies

Fund’s bodies are the Managing Board and the Director of the Fund.

The Managing Board, as a managing authority is structured of members appointed by the Government of the Republic of Macedonia for a four-year term.  Members of the Managing Board are appointed from among the insurees and pension beneficiaries.

The Managing Board, from among its members appoints a president, for a four-year term.The Managing Board of the Fund establishes the Fund Budget and adopts the Fund Annual Account, manages and decides on the use of the Fund assets, and monitors the realization of international agreements. 

Director of the FundThe Fund has a Director elected by the Managing Board through an open competition. The Government of the Republic of Macedonia gives consent on the Decision for appointment of a director of the Fund.

Insurance Fund act in place of the Director of the Fund during his absence and executes other activities defined by the Fund Statute.

Director of the Fund is Bekim Neziri The Director manages the Fund and represents it before third parties, and for his work he is accountable before the Fund Managing Board and the Government of the Republic of Macedonia. The Director proposes the Programme and Work Plan and takes measures for their realization-implementation, organizes and ensures legal and efficient execution of the activities within the Fund, and submits reports and analyses of issues relating to pension and disability insurance to the Managing Board, on regular basis, and looks after quality and timely implementation of decisions, instructions and conclusions adopted by the Managing Board of the Fund.

Deputy Director Deputy Director of the fund is Marija Kojzekliska The Deputy Director of the Pension and Disability Insurance Fund act in place of the Director of the Fund during his absence and executes other activities defined by the Fund Statute.
