Basic principle of this<br \/>\nLaw is mandatory pension and disability insurance.<br \/>\nThe reformed pension system of Republic of North Macedonia was implemented on 01 January<br \/>\n2006, as an important segment of the social policy of the Republic.<\/p>\n<p>The pension and disability insurance system consist of:<br \/>\n\u2022 Mandatory pension and disability insurance based on intergenerational solidarity<br \/>\n\u2022 Mandatory fully funded pension insurance<br \/>\n\u2022 Voluntary fully funded pension insurance<\/p>\n<p>All three pillars are regulated in separate laws:<\/p>\n<p>Law for pension and disability insurance<br \/>\nLaw for mandatory fully funded pension insurance<br \/>\nLaw for voluntary fully funded pension insurance<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>First Law for Pension and Disability Insurance of Republic of North Macedonia as a sovereign, independent and social state was published on 01 January 1994.
