• Insurance is determined by registration of employment i.e. by submitting M1 Form.
Termination of insurance is accomplished by submitting M-2 Form.Those Application Forms are submitted to the Employment Agency by the insurance payers.
• Insurees (employed in diplomatic- consular representative offices and foreign representative offices, prolonged insurance, natural persons performing an activity , and lack tax base, natural persons –natural persons receiving lump sum , individual farmers) submit application to the Fund regional unit, in line with the latest insurance. The application is accompanied by evidence to determine the insuree’s capacity.
