Contributor has right to qualify for disability pension if there is:
General or occupation incapacity for work and if that same person has been entitled to vocational retraining after reaching a certain age i.e. 50 years age for man and woman.
Disability exists where contributor due to changes in his health state which can not be cured through medical treatment, experiences reduction of working capacity for more than a half compared with the physical and physic health contributor with same or similar education and ability (occupational incapacity for work)
Disability exists where contributor due to changes in his health state which can not be cured through medical treatment, experiences loss of working capacity (general incapacity for work)
Disability can occur because of illness, injury induced outside the working place, injury at work or occupational disease.
